• Orgato delivers to selected locations across India, subject to service availability by pin code.
• Orders are processed within few hours after successful payment confirmation.
• Estimated delivery time within few hours, depending on the delivery location.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
• Free shipping may be available on select products or minimum order values.
• Once shipped, order tracking details are shared via SMS or email.
• Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, logistics delays, or public holidays.

Returns & Refunds Policy

• Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, incorrect, expired, or defective.
• Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear images or videos for verification.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, perishable, consumable, or opened products are not eligible for return or exchange.
• All return requests are subject to review and approval by the Orgato support team.
• Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
